1. Can I order by e-mail, telephone or fax?

No. Please understand that we can only accept orders via our online shop. Should difficulties arise during the ordering process, our customer service will gladly help you.

2. How much is the minimum order value and the shipping costs and how long does delivery take?

All information regarding shipping costs, delivery times and minimum order value have been compiled in the menu option "Shipping and availability".

3. Can I change or cancel my order subsequently?

It is not possible to make any changes to your order online. Please contact our customer service immediately.

4. Where is my order?

Even though your order has been shipped, you have not received it yet?
You can track your order with the package number given in the shipping confirmation and the following link.
For shipments abroad, you can only track your shipment up to the country of destination.
Your order has not been shipped yet?
As a rule, if the shipment of your order has been delayed, we will inform you.
For any further questions, our customer service is at your disposition.

5. Reason to complain - what to do?

In case you have cause for a complaint, please contact your customer service. Please give us your order number and the reason for your complaint. Please do not return any goods before having contacted our customer service.

6. Do you ship to minors?

No. Only adults can place an order with us and ensure us that an adult will take delivery of the goods.

7. Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, please proceed as follows:

a) Go to the homepage of the shop
b) Go to "My Account"
c) A window will pop up to "Log in"
d) Below the option "You are already a customer", click on "Have you forgotten your password? Click here"
e) Enter your e-mail address and click subsequently on "Send".
You will then receive an e-mail with a password. Log in with your e-mail address and this password. We recommend you change this password after the first log-in under "My account".
By the way: You might have to type your new password, since copy & paste may lead to an error message.

8. Do you have a printed catalogue?

No. We are solely an online shop and do not have any printed catalogues. All articles, offers, prices and availabilities are updated on a daily basis.

9. Do you offer presents or gift vouchers?

Under the heading Topics, you will find the Presents category with numerous, attractive present ideas. You have the possibility to send your presents to one of the delivery addresses chosen by you, the invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. If you wish to send a present to various shipping addresses, you must place an individual order for each present and pay the corresponding shipping fees.
It is not possible to pack presents in wrapping paper or to arrange gift sets individually in a gift box.

At the moment we do not offer any gift vouchers for sale.

10. Why did I receive wine from a different vintage as the one I had ordered?

If a vintage has already been sold out, we reserve the right to deliver a newer one to you.
