Gourmondo will collect, store and use personal data provided by the customer during the order process (such as title, name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, phone number, bank details) only in accordance with the provisions of the German data protection regulations (especially according to the German Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act), and will, if necessary, disclose or transmit data to third parties. We use the data provided by you for the purpose of fulfilling and processing your order.
The personal data necessary for establishing content, for its arrangements or the modification of the contractual relationship (inventory data) is used to process the sales contracts concluded between Gourmondo and the customer, for instance for the delivery of goods to the address provided by the customer. To do so, the data might be disclosed to logistics companies (currently DHL or logistics service provider Kraftverkehr Nagel GmbH & Co. KG) if necessary. When subscribing to our newsletter, your e-mail address is used for own advertising purposes until you cancel your subscription. The newsletter subscription may be cancelled at any time with the link provided in each newsletter.
The customer has the possibility to provide this consent before placing an order. This declaration of consent is entirely voluntary and can be retrieved on Gourmondo's website and revoked by the customer at any time. We will save the contract and will send you an e-mail including your order details and the Terms & Conditions. You can view the Terms & Conditions here at any time. You can view your order history in the customer log-in section. 1.1 Data Storage/Usage
We will collect, save and use your data only to process your order, unless you have requested other services. If so, we will ask for your consent at the appropriate time. Furthermore, we might use your e-mail address for direct marketing for similar goods or services of Gourmondo, unless you have explicitly objected to this use of your e-mail address. You can disagree to the use of your e-mail address for direct advertising purposes for similar goods at any time and free of charge. To express your disagreement a short message via e-mail to email@example.com is sufficient or the use of an according option directly in the framework of advertising messages. Our data protection practices are conform to the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). If you would like to have your data deleted, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To process your order we will provide our logistics service provider with your delivery details (name, delivery address, in exceptional cases for any queries, or phone number).
We offer you further services for which we need your consent. If you would like to cancel the service in the future, you can inform us at any time. We will then delete your data immediately.
Create a Customer Account
To avoid repeated entries, e. g. by saving your account data such as addresses, e-mail addresses, name, password, payment method, order history.
To personalize your shopping experience as much as possible and to provide you with competent specialist advice, e. g. by suggesting products based on your previous purchases and visits (hits) or by offering you products previously purchased from your shopping list for sale again.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will regularly inform you about news and special deals via e-mail. You can easily unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time with an option in the newsletter itself or by sending a short message via e-mail to email@example.com. When signing up for the newsletter, your e-mail address is used for own advertising purposes until your cancel your subscription.

On this website, data for marketing and optimization purposes is collected and saved using technology provided by etracker GmbH (www.etracker.com) and adnxs.com as well as xgraph data. By using this data a pseudonym user profile can be created.

Use of Facebook-Plugins

For the purpose of our own credit check we might request information on creditworthiness on the basis of mathematical-statistical methods from the company Creditreform Boniversum, if a reasonable interest exists on our side. We also obtain information about your previous payment history from the company Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstraße 11, 41460 Neuss, Germany, Phone: +49231-109-0.
1.6 Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
If you subscribe to the Gourmondo newsletter, Gourmondo will use the data you have provided when registering for the purpose of sending you the Gourmondo newsletter. We will not disclose your data to third parties, with exemption of those business partners who are responsible for the technical handling of our newsletter's distribution. The amount of transmitted data is limited to the necessary minimum in such cases. Our data protection policy complies with the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).
Users who would like to unsubscribe from our newsletter or advertising emails, need to click on the link "unsubscribe" provided in all mail sent by Gourmondo.
